The Dell Inspiron i17R-1316sLV 17-Inch Laptop. This unit has an Intel core processor, 6 GB of RAM, 1 TB hard drive and a 17 inch screen. It uses Windows 8 and appearance wise it’s beautiful, the mousepad is a little to the left which is a little off putting but other than that visually it’s simple and sleek. This unit has 72 reviews, 29 people give it five stars, 21 people give it four stars, six people give it three stars, six people give it two stars, and 10 people give it one star, let’s go over and see what’s going on with this particular laptop. Dell has definitely constructed a beautiful machine this time around I mean out of all the manufacturers of Windows products I think Dell is the best.This thing has the USB 3.0 technology with two USB ports it also has a DVD burner and let’s not forget about 1 TB of memory that’s something that I enjoy about these newer laptops the extremely large memory capacity pretty much makes it so that your portable hard drive now becomes almost useless. Apparently the machine is incredibly lightweight and it’s good for everyday activities, Netflix is perfect because it has a beautiful HD display. The Windows 8 operating system takes a little getting used to but overall it works out pretty well and is defiantly comparable to Mac. Most buyers are claiming it’s the best laptop they purchased so far and they definitely enjoy the huge screen because it gives them the viewing experience of a small TV. Apparently it runs very fast which is to be expected because it does have six gigs of RAM. Because of its high RAM count you can easily use ProTools, Reasons, and various other applications with it as well without a problem. Overall it seems to be a great piece of equipment I’m going to give the Dell Inspiron i17R-1316sLV 17-Inch Laptop a 9 1/2 out of 10.
